THE IDEAL SIZE FOR ANY INSTALLATION.

The Roth DWT tank line is comprised of an all-virgin blow molded “bottle” encased in roll-seam galvanized exterior tank that provides the secondary containment. Each tank is provided with four “2” female NPT fittings to accommodate piping, pumps, etc.

After the manufacturing process each polyethylene bottle is tested to 4.35 psig for leaks and the exterior tank is tested to 0.5 psig ensuring that both are completely sealed and suitable for use. The interstitial space between the tanks is also outfitted with a leak detector and a visual alarm should oil be released into the space. Each model also comes with a cradle as standard equipment that keeps the tank off the floor.

The Roth DWT storage tank is certified to UL SU2258 and is designed to store liquids that are classified as class II class III combustibles. These include automotive lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, waste oil products, DEF and ATF. The Roth DWT is compliant with NFPA 30 and 30A, subject to building code approval by local authority having jurisdiction.

Because you have every reason to insist on more…now ready to hold biofuels (up to B20)ROTH Double-Wall Oil Storage Tanks offer the following compare to a standard single wall steel tank:

  • MORE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Roth double-wall tanks are designed to offer the highest level of environmental protection. Avoid oil spills and leaks caused by defective pipes, couplings or fittings which are located underneath the tank.* Every inner Roth tank is made out of blow-molded, high-density polyethylene that is seamless, absolutely leak-proof and corrosion-resistant. In addition, Roth tanks feature top connections to ensure the oil stays where it should. The outer tank is made of lead-proof corrosion resistant steel which is capable of containing at least 110% of the capacity of the inner tank for maximum protection.
  • MORE FOR YOUR SAFETY
Roth tanks are completely rust-free, inside and out. Minimize the potential dangers and disasters of oil spills and leaks caused by corrosion.* The outer tank is made out of galvanized steel, rollseamed (no welds) with an oil and fire resistant seal, making it one of the safest and most reliable tanks on the market. Roth uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure maximum storage safety and minimum space requirements.
  • MORE QUALITY
At Roth, we refuse to compromise on material or construction. Forget about the problems of oil odors and the dangers of oil leaks.* Roth tanks exceed the most recent industry safety regulations. Quality control of our finished products is carried out according to exacting standards, ensuring consistent superior quality. Each tank undergoes thorough testing, including ultrasound tests to ensure optimal thickness of plastic and pressure testing to ensure the tank is sealed completely. Roth tanks can be used for heating oil, diesel and bio fuels (up to B20).
  • MORE THAN 4 MILLION TANKS INSTALLED
Since 1971 more than 3 million Roth tanks have been installed in Europe and North America. Roth tanks last longer than ever before due to the outstanding quality and the unbeatable guarantee. That is why Roth tanks enjoy such an enviable reputation.
*subject to limitations and conditions described in the warranty certificate
  • MORE WARRANTY THAN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE
Roth Industries has extended its current warranty policy to a 30-year limited warranty. This warranty change covers failure of the tank due to workmanship or material defects as well as failure of the internal tank due to internal corrosion (the manner in which all steel tanks fail). The warranty also includes $2M of insurance against property damages caused by spill.
