PRODUCTS
Kurt Hydraulics’ high-pressure hydraulic hose brand features three-layer construction to ensure strength, flexibility, and proper pressure maintenance. They have flexible, hydraulic-oil-resistant inner cores, steel or fabric mesh reinforcement layers, and protective outer covers. Whether you choose a PTFE hose or synthetic rubber hose, you can rely on the Kurt hydraulic hose to meet your performance expectations.
Each hydraulic hose from Kurt Hydraulics is available with inside diameters from ¼ to 2. Depending on the material you select for your hydraulic hose, the working temperatures range from -40°F to +250°F for standard hoses and -65°F to +450°F for specialty hoses. They have a number of hydraulic hose options with pressure ratings from SAE 100R1 (DIN EN853 1SN) and up, to withstand even the highest operating pressures. They also supply specially designed Kurt Tuff high-pressure hydraulic hose for extremely high-pressure applications.
Kurt’s SAE hydraulic fittings are made in the USA from carbon steel. They manufacture their hydraulic hose couplings in size 2 (1/8″) through size 40 (2-1/2″). Kurt Hydraulics is the most complete manufacturer of hydraulic hose couplings in the United States.
In order to accommodate their large inventory of hydraulic hose couplings, Kurt Hydraulics has over 60 screw machines in their ISO-certified production facility. With a full line of state-of-the-art CNC equipment, Euroturn machinery and Hydromat manufacturing equipment, they can produce SAE hydraulic fittings that are of the world’s highest quality and precision. Their equipment ensures perfect repeatability and uniformity for their hydraulic hose coupling manufacturing.
Kurt Hydraulics manufactures their own hose crimper line that includes the Kurt KH-60 and KH-60-P (Portable) hose crimpers. Designed and produced at their Minneapolis, MN production facility, they are proud to offer a hose crimper solution that provide flexibility and compatibility with universal crimping tools. You can count on their hose crimper products to deliver superior performance over the course of their long usable life.
Both Kurt brand hose crimper models feature heavy-duty, 60+ ton capacity, fully adjustable crimp settings, and 1/8″ to 1.25″ 6-wire capability. The maximum crimp capacity is 2.75″ for the KH-60 model and 2.5″ for the KH-60-P. Both hose crimper models are interchangeable with Dayco dies.
Hose protection can extend the working life of your hydraulic hoses by providing a buffer between the hose and harsh environments. A vast majority of hose failures in the field are the direct result of external wear and damage.
