What We Do
Founded in 1946, Lenz continues to be the exclusive manufacturer of O-ring Seal Tube Fitting, Hose fittings, Tube Fittings, Pipe Fittings and companion products. As a result of the development of the Lenz fitting, the company has gained industry-wide recognition as a leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of a full and comprehensive line of fitting products.
Building upon this experience, Lenz has expanded its range of products in 1970 to include Filtration, Tank Accessories and Pressure Gauges. Lenz plays a leading role in assisting customers to select the right product for their application whether in construction, agriculture, truck-mounted vehicles, material handling and industrial applications.
Today Lenz continues to design, develop, and manufacture a comprehensive range of Fluid Connectors and Fluid Power Products to satisfy even the most challenging customer applications. With the use of standard and customer specific products to provide a cost effective solution, it is our priority to develop products that are very attractive in value proposition to those of the competition.
PRODUCTS
The higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, creating a stronger grip. Lenz fittings have J.I.C. approval and meet all S.A.E. tube fitting standards. Components can be reused and remain leak proof no matter how often they are re-assembled. There is no concentration of stress due to metal-to-metal seal because the ferrules and flares are unaffected by vibration and the tube is held by the friction grip of split ring and nut.
Lenz offers a complete range of inline, spin-on and tank immersed filtration products operating in low and medium pressure applications. Their wide range of media element technology fit today’s mobile and industrial applications offering high efficiency synthetic glass fiber, high efficiency cost effective cellulose paper, wire mesh, and water absorption. Lenz filtration products are recognized for dirt holding performance and service life for customer applications.
Lenz offers a broad range of breathers and filler breathers, fluid level indicators, tank magnets, end covers, ball valves and tank flanges. Their breathers offer air filtration and water absorption at several micron levels. Their level indicators offer both level and temperature measurement for monitoring critical levels for large and small hydraulic systems. The magnetic products include strainers with magnets, tank magnets, and magnetic plugs. The end covers, tank flanges and ball valves combined with the other accessories offer our customers a complete range of accessories to put the finishing touches on their equipment.
