Description

  • The PVER pumps are variable displacement vane pumps with direct pressure regulator governor spring for fast on/off response.
  • The pump group is complete with hydrostatic axial compensation distribution plates that improve the volumetric efficiency and reduce wear of the components.
  • The pressure regulator adjustable load spring keeps the pump group cam ring in eccentric position. When the delivery pressure equals the pressure corresponding to the spring setting, the cam ring is moved so to reduce the displacement, adjusting the flow rate to the values required by the system. In zero flow demand conditions, the pump delivers oil only to compensate any possible leakage, keeping the circuit pressure constant.
  • The PVER pumps are available in four sizes with maximum displacement from 0.4 to 1.42 cu in/rev and with pressure regulator max setting values up to 500 PSI and 1000 PSI (standard).

Description

  • This modular stack valve is designed to help block oil movement both from the control valve or from the actuator. Typically used with Proportional valves with Zero-Lap type spool configurations that could allow oil movement when the system is shut down.
  • This valve will block flow when de-energized and will allow bi-directional flow when energized.
  • Both the A and B work ports incorporate a 2-way, 2-position bi-directional, normally closed poppet type solenoid valve. Energizing the solenoid will allow full flow to the system.

  • This valve utilizes a guided spool and poppet-seat check valves as a blocking or load-holding device for high pressure applications.
  • This valve allows free flow from the directional control valve work port to the load and blocks flow in the opposite direction.
  • Flow is allowed from the load to the directional control valve work port when 30% of the load induced pressure is sensed in the opposing directional control valve work port.

Description

  • This modular stack valve is a non-compensated flow control valve with a check valve for reverse free flow.
  • This valve increases its orifice value from fully closed to fully open with counter-clockwise rotation.
  • Meter-in or meter-out configuration is determined by the orientation of the body to mounting surface.
  • Available with flow control function on line A, B, or both A + B.

P03 MSV-PDR*PRESSURE REDUCING / RELIEVING VALVE

Description

  • The P03MSV-PDR valve is a modular three-way spool type direct operated pressure reducing / relieving valve. It is available with fixed or variable adjustment.
  • This valve is available with reduced pressure control on port A, B or P.
  • The valve construction provides good adjustment sensitivity with reduced drainage flow. The drainage is connected to line T inside the valve.
  • The three-way design provides protection of the secondary circuit from pressure surges since it allows a reverse flow from the actuator to the T discharge line.
  • The variable adjustment version is supplied with a hexagonal head adjustment screw.
  • The fixed adjustment version is available preset to 285 psi (20 bar) 360 psi (25 bar) or 430 psi (30 bar) pressure.
  • The valve is normally open passing hydraulic fluid freely from P to P1 until the control port pressure reaches the pressure setting. The valve will shift to deliver just enough flow to maintain the controlled pressure.
  • The valve will divert flow to the T port to relieve the control port pressure when it exceeds the pressure setting.

  • PR*W valves are pilot operated pressure relief valves, for in-line mounting with SAE straight threads. A hexagonal head screw controls the pressure adjustment.
  • An optional solenoid valve expands the valve functionality by providing an unloading feature.
  • In addition, two or three setting selectable pressures are realized by adding a modular relief valve between the pilot stage and the solenoid valve.
